At Trada Document Translation, we believe in flexible case-by-case pricing. Nevertheless, we understand that customers like to get an idea of typical costing for common documents.

Typical Pricing

Single-page translations

This is the minimum amount for a translation of ONE PAGE. Multiple pages incur extra costs. See to the right.

Urgent translations

If the translation is required in less than the usual quoted time, an additional 25% will be applicable. Please inform us if that is the case.

Multi-page documents

For bigger projects that contain little to no formatting, pricing will switch to a PER WORD structure.

Payment Methods

Once your price and turnaround times are confirmed by Trada Document Translation, an invoice will be sent from Xero Online for prompt payment prior to commencement of work on your translation project.

Payment methods available are:

direct bank transfer [preferred]
PayPal (credit cards may be used via this method)

Turaround Times

We also hate to miss deadlines and would rather deliver your translation early than late. It's important that when you are looking for a translator, that you have confidence that they can meet your deadline. At Trada Document Translation, we will always be honest when we quote how long it takes to complete your job. However, be mindful of the fact that your job is not their only job that they are working on.

For projects of 1-5 pages, the turnaround times is usually 2-3 business days. For larger projects, the usual time quoted can be a minimum of 4 business days.

Having said that, time to complete translations are all determined on a case-by-case basis.
